Through consulting, research, and implementation support, Nefertari helps construction companies and asset owners integrate their systems, structure their digital strategies, and translate technology into tangible operational value. Current work focuses on technology strategy, BIM and interoperability, digital readiness, and research-driven approaches to sustainable construction.
